OBJECTIVE
This course aims to enable participants to acquire adequate skills on the CIS 7 and procedures of QLASSIC and adopt the right strategy to encourage the project team typically the contractor to produce quality buildings Successful participants also will have opportunity to become QLASSIC Industry Assessor once completed and passed for assessment.

Theory Training & Practical (2 days Training for Level 1 & 2)
Physical Session
- Day 1 – Theory
- Day 2 – Practical & Mock-Up Assessment (On-Site Training)
- Day 3 – CIDB Practical Examination
Qualifications
Each participant to submit Course Registration Form with the following documents in pdf as per entry requirements stated below:

• Academic certificate (Diploma/Degree)
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Age 21 – 60 years.
- Possesses an academic qualification in construction related field such as Architecture/Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Quality Control, Quantity Surveyor, Building, Technology, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction field.
- Working as technical personnel involving with monitoring and supervision work and site
experience. - Government servants with an engineering qualification who involved with projects monitoring/field work.
LANGUAGE MEDIUM
English and Bahasa Malaysia . The training will be conducted in a dual language.

Day 1: Theory
• Session 1: Introduction to QLASSIC
• Framework of CIS 7:2021 standard
• Session 2: Defects Classification
• Architectural Works, Basic M&E Fittings and External Works Assessments
• Session 3: Sampling Techniques
• Method of Sampling and Distribution of Samples
• QLASSIC Score Calculation
Day 2: Practical and Mock-up Assessments
• Session 4: Practical Assessment
• Session 5: Mock-up Assessment
• Demo, Illustrations and Examples
• Action Learning, Discussion and Sharing
• Preparation for Level 3 Assessment
• Q & A and Closing
Day 3: Practical Examination by CIDB
• 1 hr session
• Date/Time of Practical Examination to be confirm by CIDB based on slot availability
• Individual Hands On Practical Session
